Coach with Me

Who Do I Work With?

Inca Trail to Machu Picchu

I work with high performing, overwhelmed business women (and a few men too) who want to feel more connected to their life.  Typically they are in the midst of a transition or looking to improve their current situation.  Often they are in transition because of a major event (growing their career,  starting a business, getting married, taking care of a parent, etc..).  Many are extremely successful in certain areas of their life but craving to be more connected and balanced in other areas.   I work with people who are ready to make a change and stretch them self because they are tired of accepting pretty good as good enough and want to Make Someday Today!

What Are the Benefits?

People come to me to help them get sustainable results.  I can assist you to:

    • Find Time & Energy to Relax & Explore Life
    • Improve Communication & Build Stronger Relationships
    • Develop & Thrive Personally & Professionally
    • Get More Done with Less Stress
    • Discover & Connect to What Lights You Up

What is Coaching & How Does it Work?

Coaching is a partnership between you and I, designed to help you reach your goals more efficiently and with less frustration.  Coaching sessions typically take place on a weekly basis and are generally 40 to 60 minutes in length.

As a certified coach I am trained to objectively listen, ask questions and support you to help you:

    • Gain Clarity
    • Build Awareness
    • See Possibilities
    • Cultivate Skills to Recognize & Break Through Blocks You Run Into

In between sessions you take action and when we meet we discuss what went well and work through any issues that came up.   As a result you reach your goals easier and sustain success in a more healthy way.
